February 5- Today, the Puget Sound Fire’s mobile vaccination unit, in partnership with King County Medic One, began visiting adult family homes in the City of SeaTac. Puget Sound Fire implemented the Mobile Vaccination Program to get COVID-19 vaccinations to some of our most at-risk populations in Adult Family Homes.  

In January, the team administered their first vaccines to residents in the City of Kent with the intent of expanding into Adult Family Homes across our jurisdiction. Next, the program will expand to senior housing across the jurisdiction.   

If your Adult Family Home resides in the cities of Kent, Covington, SeaTac, or Maple Valley, Puget Sound Regional Fire Authority has a mobile COVID-19 vaccination team that can come to your Adult Family Home free of charge and vaccinate your residents and your staff. They are currently providing service Monday through Saturday.
